Ross is a founding Member of the Company’s Board of Directors and also serves as the President of Eagle Road Partners, LLC (“ERP”), which is the Company’s lead investor. ERP is a private capital partner focused on real estate, energy, logistics, and technology firms across the U.S.
Prior to co-founding the Company, Ross was V.P. of Capital Transactions at Alden Torch Financial, LLC. In this role he was directly responsible for acquiring/disposing $2.25B+ of multi-family assets spanning 200+ transactions. Previously, Ross held various commercial credit positions at U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo, where he was recognized as a top 10% and #1 producer, respectively. He received a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Daniels College of Business (University of Denver) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance from Colorado State University. He enjoys golfing, skiing, and travelling with his wife.

An active leader not only in the business world, but in the community as a whole, James is accomplishments are numerous. In 2007, he was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award from “Consulting” magazine and was honored at the magazine’s awards dinner for women leaders in consulting.
